About the property
In Bochum, a young family took a bold step and carried out a complete renovation of an ageing townhouse dating from 1920, breathing new life into it. A great deal of imagination was at work here. The layout of this gem of a property, with its many nooks and crannies, was completely transformed. Numerous walls had to be knocked down. And so, little by little, a beautiful new home with many lovely details took shape. In keeping with the style of the house, heritage-listed and villa doors were installed. The passageway frame and the double-leaf door with a glazed section on the ground floor create a particularly striking effect.
