About the property
The client and architect of his own home, Dennis Mollidor, planned his family’s house with great attention to detail. Immediately upon entering the spacious hallway, which connects the entrance area to the living area, the client opted for reverse-opening doors so as not to disrupt the simplicity of the hallway. This includes flush-mounted, recessed door handle rosettes in matt black, which complement the interior colour scheme of the house. Even the façade of the house features recessed rain gutters – truly an architectural highlight.
